Peter Gascoigne practices a wide range of orthodontic methods. With his involvement in adult treatment this includes lingual braces (inside surface or concealed braces) - including Incognito or ibraces. Cases requiring surgery are managed with a consultant maxillofacial surgeon. He also undertakes a wide range of treatment for children including the fixed Herbst brace which is a fixed brace for children with jaw size problems. Clear or ceramic braces are widely used for patients of all ages and the new Damon low friction braces are recommended where possible for their advanced design.
