Experience shows that not every patient feels the same about a visit to the dentist; our reception team are trained to make you feel at ease, and completely comfortable.

Our patient lounge has been designed to be relaxing and calming with a choice of magazines or the plasma television to keep you entertained. We also have a selection of drinks available, together with a selection of fruit for you to enjoy.

While you are undergoing treatment you are able to watch Sky TV or on long appointments we have state of the art DVD glasses, so you can relax and watch a film.

St. Ann's Dental also provide the services of two dedicated Patient Co-ordinators, Donna and Candice. They provide patient focused services and facilitate in helping you to make truly informed decisions regarding your oral health and treatment plans.

In a relaxed non-clinical environment they are available to discuss any of the following topics;

• Your individual treatment plans and options available

• Your bespoke estimates and cost of your treatment

• How many appointments your course of treatment will require

• A step by step guide of the treatment necessary at each appointment

• Answer any queries or concerns you may have with regards to your treatment plan

• Payment options available
