David Wilmont
David qualified from Edinburgh University in 1982 and, following a three-year period in general practice in Kent, spent two years in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery, before moving to Restorative Dentistry in 1988. He subsequently achieved my Fellowship in Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 1990 and a Masters in Science in Conservative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute in 1993. In 1992 He set up the first community based referral service in Restorative Dentistry.
In addition to being an Honorary Consultant in Restorative Dentistry for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea he is a Registered Specialist in Restorative Dentistry for James Hull and Associates in Belgravia where he has been practicing since 2002. As a Restorative Specialist his work covers conservative dentistry (fillings etc), crown and bridgework (including inlays, onlays and veneers), root canal treaments and re-root treatments to help to preserve teeth that have died, and all aspects of gum treatments including the treatment of areas of recession and the regeneration of lost bone, cement and ligament that hold teeth in the bone. Should teeth be lost he can also place titanium implants that take the place of the missing root and restore them with crowns that look and function like real teeth. All these treatments involve the use of a microscope to make sure that the fit and finish of every treatment is as perfect as possible.
David also has an interest in the treatment of the dental phobic, with or without the use of anaesthetist assisted sedation techniques, enjoying the challenge of making dental treatment relaxing and enjoyable.
Dr Nicola Mulhaire BDS NUIrel, DRDP (UCL Distinction) GDC 76088
After graduating from University College Cork, Ireland in 1999, Nicola moved to the UK to embark in a career as a general dental practitioner .She has been based at the Belgravia surgery since 2003. Nicola enjoys all aspects of general practice and cosmetic dentistry and has recently been awarded a Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice from the Eastman Dental Hospital, passing with distinction.
Outside of dentistry Nicola is a keen cyclist enjoys skiing and generally keeping fit.
Duncan Edwoody
Duncan is currently undertaking Specialist Training in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. The four year postgraduate training pathway at the world renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute in London will allow him to become registered as a specialist Prosthodontist with the General Dental Council. His training is due to finish in November 2011.
He qualified as a dentist in 2004 from the University of Birmingham and since then has worked both in general practice and within the Maxillofacial Surgery department at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. He completed the membership examinations for the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006.
Duncan has a particular interest in helping patients restore their mouths to optimal function and appearance. He works closely with other team members, hoping to maintain teeth for as long as possible and aims to reduce the need for future dental treatment.

Dr Mehdi Madani BDS, LDSRCS, MSc
Dr Madani was educated at St Paul’s school in London and graduated from Guy’s hospital in December 1990.
After two years in a busy NHS/Private practice he worked in hospital as a Senior House Officer in Orthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery performing routine surgical procedures and assisting in major oncological surgery including free flaps and hip grafts.
He completed his Masters course in Conservative Dentistry (crown and bridgework) at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute in 1997.
He has been working in Private Practice in Knightsbridge and South Kensington for the past eleven years carrying out routine general dentistry and advanced cosmetic procedures, i.e.: veneers (his work has been featured on the 10 years younger programme on TV)
Also during this period he taught undergraduate students at Guy’s Hospital as a Clinical Demonstrator and worked as a Senior Dental Surgeon for companies including Marks and Spencer, Glaxo and Shell International.
He is 40 years old and lives in West London. His interests include watersports and travelling.
