Oral surgery

Patients requiring surgery that exceeds the present level of experience of the General Dental Practitioner. Patients can be treated under local anaesthetic, intra-venous sedation or if necessary general anaesthesia (undertaken in hospital)

  • surgery in complex anatomical areas
  • impacted wisdom teeth
  • wisdom teeth with complex root anatomy teeth with root anatomy situated close to a nerve
  • retained or fractured roots
