James Hull Associates currently has 48 sites located throughout the UK.The company is a privately owned Dental Body Corporate, led by CEO DrJames Hull. Dr Hull founded the group in 1987 with his first dentalpractice in Newport, Wales and continues to maintain his clinical skillsas a dentist.

The group has grown to its current size due primarily to theentrepreneurial skills of Dr Hull and now with the new investors HuttonCollins the future of the group is secured.

Hutton Collins was pleased to announce its investment in James HullAssociates (“JHA”), the market leader in premium specialist and cosmeticdental treatment in the UK. Hutton Collins invested alongside the founderand CEO, James Hull, who was looking for a partner to assist with thefuture growth and acquisition-led expansion of the business.

Hutton Collins made a preferred equity investment and acquired asubstantial minority equity stake in the business. In order to expeditethe transaction process, Hutton Collins also underwrote the seniorfacilities, which are currently being syndicated.

Founded in 1987, JHA operates 48 dental practices across the UK. TheGroup, through its leading specialist and cosmetic dental surgeons, is acentre of clinical excellence for a range of dental treatments, includingdental implants, complex bridgework and teeth whitening. In addition theGroup has recently expanded its services to offer non-invasive cosmeticsurgery procedures (Muscle Relaxant Treatment and Dermal Fillers ) at a number of its clinics.
